CIAA Announces Softball All-Conference, Rookie Teams and Players of the Year

Charlotte, NC…The Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association announced the 2003 All-CIAA, All-Rookie Softball teams and Players of the Year at the Softball Social held at the Holiday Inn Woodlawn yesterday. Shonda Welch of Shaw University was awarded with this year’s Player of the Year, while Felicia Spratley, also of Shaw University, was honored as Rookie of the Year.
